What Can I Say?
Alot! The fine sized pieces of meat were AWESOME! You seemed somewhat pallid about it, even leery about the strong herbs. I ate mine after 10pm ...after fishing at Woods Lake until 9:45pm!... and I think that is just what the herbs needed; to infuse. I think I tasted cilantro, parsley and (some lime?) I loved the flavors. I liked the the flavor of the (crust?) of the meat. Was that the top of the meat in the oven? Did you have any mashed potatoes with yours? The artichoke asiago mashed potatoes were perfect with mine. Thanks!
